Understanding how money works is a critical step to building economic success. Our multi-faceted Personal Financial Management program provides individuals with foundational financial know-how, from budgeting to credit building. Services include:
- Group instruction offered at venues throughout Milwaukee and Racine covering a host of financial topics, including budgeting, credit, predatory lending, savings techniques, and education financing
- One-on-one budget and credit coaching

- Auto Loan Access Program (ALAP)
Auto Loan Access Program
As part of our Personal Financial Management programming, YWCA Southeast Wisconsin is pleased to offer its proprietary Auto Loan Access Program (ALAP) for credit-challenged residents of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee and Washington Counties. ALAP provides low-interest vehicle loans combined with financially focused case management throughout the repayment period to individuals demonstrating a commitment to improving their credit.

Auto Loan Access Program is designed to build financial wellness while creating an opportunity for an affordable auto loan. On the front end, the program includes financial education, personalized financial coaching, loan application and committee approval. For most people, from inquiry to loan closing is 8 weeks.
