Dear Supportive Stakeholders,
On March 16th we announced that the 25th Anniversary of Circle of Women: Face of the Future, scheduled for April 23rd would not take place in-person due to concerns about COVID 19.
As promised, we have reimagined this extraordinary gathering of people committed to building a better community and empowering women through inspiration and focused philanthropy.
The 25th anniversary of Circle of Women now features a virtual event on April 23rd and an in-person gathering in fall 2020.
At Virtual Circle, there will be all kinds of social engagement: interactive programming with testimonials, a “photo booth,” trivia contest, and most importantly, the story of how YWCA Southeast Wisconsin has stayed true to its mission while pivoting to meet serious community needs during the COVID-19 experience.
The “Full Circle” event includes the virtual celebration of connection and perseverance on April 23rd and a Fall 2020 in-person capstone event (late September/early October anticipated).
We are offering a two-tier participation opportunity.
Virtual Circle event attendees ($10)* Join us for the virtual event only (you can choose later to join us for fall in-person event)
Full Circle event attendees ($150+)* Virtual Circle Admission, Summer Gift Basket & In-Person Fall Capstone Event at Discovery World
We hope you will join us on April 23rd to learn how programs and services have been modified for remote and telephone delivery – and how services will expand in collaboration with sister organizations to assure the community has continuity in its system of support.
We hope you will join us because your support and advocacy on April 23rd is vital to YWCA Southeast Wisconsin’s ongoing work.
(*Each $10 admission to the Virtual Circle event only represents a 100% charitable contribution; $85 of each $150 Full Circle event admission represents charitable contribution.)
