Jake Gorges, Senior Program Director
With nearly two decades of extensive experience in adult education, Jake Gorges is a nonprofit leader who strives to make a positive impact on communities in Southeast Wisconsin by promoting educational equity and increased opportunities for all residents.
Jake creates and overseas programs designed to meet specific needs of untapped communities while fostering collaborations with partners to implement long term solutions. He advocates for data-driven, evidence-based decision-making to inform program design and ensure equity for all learners.
