The Transitional Housing Program provides temporary housing and supportive services to women and their children experiencing homelessness throughout Milwaukee County.  An average of 32 families are served by the program each year.

This program is designed to break the cycle of homelessness by addressing the following:
      • interpersonal skill-building
      •
work and life management education
      • parenting skills
      •
drug abuse prevention
      •
domestic violence counseling and other related
services, including art therapy sessions for children

*The Transitional Housing Program will close on July 30, 2016 to channel resources toward providing more enhanced services for homeless families. Read more here.
